1. Introduction

Welcome to SSR Experience. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, booking a rental, or purchasing a gift certificate, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility for Rentals

• All renters must be at least 18 years old.
• Renters must have full coverage insurance in their name or be listed as a driver on a policy with full coverage.
• SSR Experience works with all major insurance providers to verify coverage.
• A $150 refundable deposit is required to lock in a rental. This amount goes toward the total rental cost and is refunded if insurance is not approved.

3. Booking and Payment

• Rental bookings are subject to availability.
• A confirmed booking is only guaranteed once the deposit or full payment is received.
• Payments can be made via online invoice sent by SSR Experience.
• Gift certificates are available by request. Once payment is made, the gift certificate will be sent to the provided email address.

4. Gift Certificate Terms

• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The recipient must meet SSR Experience’s eligibility requirements to redeem the gift certificate.
• Gift certificates are transferable but cannot be resold.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date may result in a forfeiture of the deposit or full rental fee, at the discretion of SSR Experience.
• Rescheduling is allowed if done 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental.

6. Use of Rental Vehicles

• Rented vehicles must be used in accordance with all traffic laws and SSR Experience policies.
• Renters are responsible for any damages caused during the rental period unless covered by insurance.
• Smoking, pets, and food are not permitted inside the vehicles.
• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up.

7. Liability and Insurance

• SSR Experience is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of rented vehicles.
• Renters are required to provide proof of insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period.
• In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify SSR Experience and follow all insurance protocols.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

• SSR Experience collects and stores personal information provided during bookings, including name, email, phone number, and insurance details, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required for booking and insurance verification.

9. Website Use and Intellectual Property

• All content, images, videos, and information on this website are the intellectual property of SSR Experience and may not be used without permission.
• Unauthorized use of the website may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

• SSR Experience is not responsible for technical errors, website downtime, or issues beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

11. Modification of Terms

• SSR Experience reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, CA.
